Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The product is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The product is in its original packaging.
The return is initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Customer Service
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@sigmaglobal.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
Step 3: Ship the Item(s)
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at returns@sigmaglobal.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photographs. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
